产品特点
防爆插接装置由插座和插头两部分组成。插头由阻燃塑料外壳、5个铜触头、1个定位触头和隔爆铜套构成。插座外壳采用铸铝合金制成，内装断路器，具有短路和过载保护功能。开关由外部操作手柄操作，操作机构与插座有联锁保护装置，插头插入前，开关只能处在分断位置，手柄不能被操作，当插头插牢后，手柄才能旋向合位置。当旋到合位置时，插头不能被拔出，保证了运行可靠性。插座上触头套与插头之间设有特制网状镀银磷铜片，使其在大电流量接触良好，并不发热。接线腔与元件腔分开，接线腔设有5个接线柱，电缆布线须配电缆夹紧密封接头，内外接地钢管或电缆布线。
Features
The plug-socket device is made of plug and socket.Plug consists of flame resistant plastic housing, five copper pins,one locating pin and flameproof brass sleeve.Housing of socket is made of aluminum alloy,in which there is circuit breaker with functions of short circuit and overloading protection. The device could be operated with outer-handler, plug is interlocked with operation mechanism.Before inserting plug into socket,the switch is only in the state of and the lever could not be operated. When the plug is inserted into socket firmly, the lever could be operated to on / off, and the plug could not be pulled out, so it is safe. There are five holes in socket,which matches with the five pins of plug. There is brass net sheet ring in every hole respectively so no over heating occurs with heavy current. Wiring compartment is isolated from function compartment . There are five terminals in the function compartment, three ones are phase wires, one is zero conductor, the fifth is earthing wire.There is one earthing bolt on housing. Wiring with conduit or cable.
